State Mid-week update

Hello All,

State is upon us and I hope everyone is excited! The schedules for both teams are below.

Boys, we will be playing the first 3 rounds on Saturday, Game 1 is on field 6 vs McFarland. The field map is at the bottom of this post for when the schedule is finalized.

Girls/NB your first game is on field 1 vs Middleton JV.

All players should be at the UBAY fields at 8am for warmups on Saturday. Warmups Sunday will be 7:30am for boys and 8am for girls.

This weekend is forecast to be warm but the mornings will be cool, the list of things coaches want you to have is below:

Cleats, Jerseys, Multiple water bottles
Layers for the cool morning you can take off as it gets warm
Sun screen
Snacks (there will be no food provided by the tournament)
Anything else you need to be comfortable in the sun, the tournament has typically provided a popup tent for each sideline.

Again, I would like to remind all players to return their jerseys when State concludes. We will be having 1 practice/alumni game next week where you can also return these. If you want to keep your jersey it will be $50 per jersey.

There is state merchandise you can pre-order here if you would like. There will also be some at the fields during the tournament.

Free tickets are available to players to attend the Madison Radicals home opener 5/24. Please let coaches know if you are interested.

Next weekend College Nationals for Ultimate will be in Madison with games at Reddan soccer park and Breeze Stevens. Check the link for details, tickets are needed to attend.
