As with previous years Verona will be hosting weekly indoor sessions for all Madison league players. These are on Sunday afternoons 4:30-6:30 starting 11/2 (at Badger Ridge Middle School) with it being at Verona HS every week after that. The cost for this is $10 per player and let us know if you have any issues with this cost.

Madtown Mini FMP League
This is a FMP league that plays at Memorial a lot. In order we will need to organize teams. This is something we should discuss on the slack channel and at practice! Information is below

- Tuesday 11/18 - Memorial High School Spectator Gym
- Friday 12/5 - West High School Stevens Gym
- Friday 12/11 - Memorial High School Spectator Gym
- Tuesday 12/16 - Memorial High School Spectator Gym
Games will be 7:30-8:30pm. League cost: $5/player

Memorial Winter Practices
We are encouraging all players to take advantage of the strength and conditioning workouts over winter. These are a great way to improve your fitness and speed for spring. More information will be sent about this as we get it.
Coaches are working to get one day a week of gym space. The times will vary on this as we see what openings are available so please stay tuned to the schedule tab!
